HOW RESALE PROPERTIES IN SINGAPORE WORKS
To transact a resale property in Singapore, you will need to do your homework to ascertain that you are eligible for a loan (if you intend to take one) and eligible to buy (if you are looking for HDB).

After you had secured a unit, the entire conveyancing period take about 10 to 12 weeks to complete after exercising the Option To Purchase and of course, you will need the bank to grant you a loan if you are taking one.
On completion day, collect the keys to the unit and start on your renovation and then to move in!
