How to Pass Your RES Examination

Real Estate Salesperson Examination Format
The Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Examination consists of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper has a duration of 2½ hours. Starting in 2023, both Paper 1 and Paper 2 follow this format:
Section A:
60 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) worth 60 marks.
Section B:
20 MCQs with reference to 1 or 2 Case Studies, totaling 40 marks. Duration: 2½ hours for each paper.
